Please call for my current fees as the rate depends on individual vs couples, as well as length of sessions.

Insurance

I am an in network with  Anthem Blue Cross and are presently accepting new insurance clients. If you have a PPO plan with another insurance I can provide you with a receipt that you would need to submit in order to get reimbursed. Make sure to call your insurance to confirm coverage in order to benefit from this option.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to miss a session make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Unless an emergency you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
